An actor’s life is the toughest, especially for TV actors, who work the whole month to entertain daily. Sometimes it becomes the toughest task, as the saying goes, ‘The show must go on,’ and despite ups and downs in life, TV stars continue to work. Such is actress Shrenu Parekh’s dedication. The actress, on her social media, opened up about suffering from viral fever for the past few days and, despite her illness, continued to shoot for her show Ganesh Kartikey on Sony SAB, produced by Peninsula Pictures.
On Sunday, December 21, Shrenu completed two years of her marriage with husband Akshay Mhatre. The actress shared a glimpse of short family moments on her special day, revealing her health battle, work, and how her family (in-laws) made her and Akshay’s day special, arriving all the way for them.
She wrote, “Past few days have really been difficult for me… I’ve been struggling with viral fever and shooting constantly for the beautiful Ganesha vivah too… I really miss my mom the most in these times, so my other set of the family made sure that our anniversary was special! They came all the way just to surprise us though I was shooting yesterday as well.”
And concluded with, “Forever #grateful for work and family @smitaparikh08 @meenamhatre45 @linamhatre_siam_jayeshmhatre
@akshaymhatrell @ha_ri5969.”
In the next story, Shrenu credited her husband, Akshay, who always stands by her side in every problem, helping her resolve issues with ease, and lastly promised to make up for her absence at the anniversary celebration. She wrote, “Dear husband, You’ve been rock solid, right by my side always… you make the most difficult situations seem easy just by being there, but mostly just taking my tantrums just the way my folks used to take! M so thankful for you!
I Love you more than you know.
He celebrated the anniversary alone yesterday mostly! But I promise I will make up for it!”
