The Star Plus show produced by the renowned Producer Rajan Shahi under his banner Director’s Kut has won a lot of accolades, love and respect from the masses, industry and also from the loving fans.
Producer Rajan Shahi was recently felicitated by the Star Plus channel honchos for his long journey with the show.
Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has had its own ups and downs, but the best aspect has been the determined hard work that Rajan Shahi and his team has put in to make the show better and better with every passing day.
Applauding the efforts put in by Rajan for the show’s 3000 episodes completion, the Indian Film & TV Producers Council (IFTPC) felicitated Rajan in a big way.
Producers J. D. Majethia (Hats Off), B.P. Singh (Fireworks Productions), Shyamashis Bhattacharya (Shakuntalam) and Fazila Allana (SOL) were present when Rajan Shahi was felicitated.
We at IWMBuzz.com spoke to J.D. Majethia, Chariman (TV Division), IFTPC and he said, “One of our oldest and wonderful member Rajan Shahi has achieved this glory and success with so much of hard work. So we had to felicitate him. We gave Rajan Shahi a trophy, bouquet and certificate. He has set an example in this challenging times in television. He has seen a lot, ups and downs, and what not. We had all the reasons to felicitate him. Being from the Producer fraternity, we understand much more about the hard work put in by him to make Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai so big. It gave us all the happiness with his achievement.”
When asked about the reason behind the show’s success according to him, J.D. Majethia said, “Consistency, focus, dedication, understanding, talent – such multiple qualities have lead to the success of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Rajan has the temperament to keep the focus for 11 long years and still hold the show on a high level. He very much deserves all the laurels.”
