Tanmay Rishi aka Kairav is no longer part of the show

He is a good talent beyond proportion. Cute and charismatic, young Tanmay Rishi brought freshness playing Kairav in the iconic TV show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.

However, the lovable Kairav will no longer a part of the show.

Tanmay took to social media to announce his decision of moving on from the serial.

Sources believe the decision could be owing to safety concerns during Covid 19 times. The channel (Star Plus) and production house (Director’s Kut) decided to ease him off considering that the Covid situation is not getting any better. It is believed his role will see an eventual mature transition.
