Rishabh has met many actors, experienced and new faces, people who understand things very quickly and also the ones who need a bit more explanation in understanding. “Patience is the key for a casting guy. We come across so many kinds of actors in our day-to-day life. It is important for us to get to know what they are looking for, and match it with what we want from them. There are times when actors do not understand things easily. It needs an elaborate talk and guidance, and a few acting tips for them to gain perfection. As a casting guy, I look into all these intricate details to make my actors comfortable.”
Rishabh believes in achieving big goals via teamwork. “Whenever a new show is in the making, it involves a lot of hard work coming from all. We as casting people work towards building the best of the team with regards to actors so that they can deliver the best and make the show successful.”
