Producer Gul Khan’s 4 Lions Films show Imlie that airs on Star Plus is soon going in for a generation leap post which it is speculated that it will have a fresh lead cast and a new beginning. From the time this news has flashed, the fans of Imlie have been trolling the writers of the show, and makers for this drastic decision.
Imlie which stars Fahmaan Khan and Sumbul Touqeer in lead roles, is going through a phase wherein Cheeni is determined to unite them.
Producer Gul Khan is not pleased with the way the trolls have reacted.
Claims the Producer Gul Khan, “These are not fans trolling. These are trolls trolling.”
Gul Khan addressed this major concern and talked to us at IWMBuzz.com at length. “There is a difference between fans of characters and obsession with celebrities. Most people just have too much obsession with actors only, and not any love for the characters. I say this because if anyone has respect for the characters created, they would not constantly wish the 150 other people in the unit, who were equally part of creating these characters, to become jobless.”
“A show is not just two main leads, it’s hundreds of people working 24/7 putting their sweat and blood into the show. No true fan of any show will not be blind to those hundreds of people and constantly cursing the show to shut or flop,” she concludes.
