The beauty with brains actress Shraddha Arya is an Indian tv actress who has worked hard in some Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada films. She is a well-liked TV face, who is presently working in the romantic drama Zee TV serial, named Kundli Bhagya as the lead actress. She began her profession as a model and appeared in some music album videos before coming to the films.

When asked about her health, she said, “I also believe that regular physical activity is the best way of exercising. As due to all the movements and steps, it helps to keep us healthy and at the same time the fun attached to it keeps one happy and cheerful”.

We lately spoke to the actress and the stunning woman shared, “I love dancing and for me, it is an early morning exercise. I love to play loud music in my room and dance all alone. And when I dance alone in my room, I feel like a star performing in front of a huge audience. I am sure it is a scene to watch out for.”

Talking of Shraddha’s diet plan, it could be very particular that she eats and maintains a very good and nutritious diet and also likes to cook dinner. She begins her day with milk, little oats, and fruits. She also enjoys a veg lunch with napkins and onions.

Shraddha has an arduous breakfast. She mainly avoids junk food and loves to drink soup and eat salad between the shoot. She is a health freak and she takes it very seriously and of course, the hard work is paid off as we can see her all slim and sexy!
