Known for cleaning rivers and ghats, Madhya Pradesh’s 21-year-old ‘Bittu Tabahi’ meets Anil Kapoor in this weekend’s Mr. India Special of Star Plus’ India Ke Top 1% – The Anil Kapoor Show. And the original Mr. India has something special to tell him: “Inka main fan hoon. Yeh toh bahut bade icon hain, Bittu Tabahi.” Bittu shares that he has travelled across six states and removed nearly 4,000 kg of waste across Delhi, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh. Even skin infections and criticism haven’t stopped him from continuing his mission.
Anil urges more young people, especially Gen Z, to learn about Bittu’s work and appeals to viewers to support him. “Main chahunga ki aaj iss show ke zariye jitne bhi log dekh rahe hain, aapki sahayata karein aur aap aur nadiyaan aur ilaake saaf karein,” he says.
The conversation brings a memorable moment for Bittu when Anil tells him, “Aap sach mein hamare Mr. India ho. Hum sab aapke saath hain.” He adds, “Bittu Tabahi kamaal kar rahe hain. Yeh hamari new generation hai. Yeh hamara kal hai!”
