But spare a thought and consider that they too are humans, who can be affected with innumerable problems/ issues that can force them to go out of shape at times. Well, we are talking about actors who never worry about the lean phase in their life when they tend to go out of normalcy routine with respect to their looks. Actors like Karan Wahi, Rubina Dilaik, Aditya Narayan talked about the same recently, and spoke of how they felt that it was normal to go out of shape owing to certain reasons and that they are humane to go through downs.
