Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah is one of the oldest shows that is yet enjoyed and loved by all the viewers of all ages. It revolves around the residents of the Gokuldam society. It shows how the residents of the society live peacefully with a few problems but again who doesn’t have problems, and how they solve those problems and yet live in harmony.
The main characters of the show are Jethalal and Daya. Every time Jethalal and Daya have small arguments which every Indian household must be familiar with, which makes it relatable and the audience enjoy it all the more. Jethalal’s dad as well is constantly nagging Jethalal which is another one of the humorous things happening on the show.
The are various other fun characters on the show as well. One such character is Popatlal. His life is constantly in a mess but he makes sure to always be there for his friends. Then there is the weird liking of Jethalal towards Babita. He always tries to make conversations with her and is jealous of her husband Iyer. Tapu Sena is the children’s gang of the society who constantly gets into trouble.
The show constantly has fun stuff going on which can be enjoyed by the entire family. Jethalal is constantly in trouble for some reason or the other which is quite amusing to watch. Various Bollywood celebrities came to the show as well.
The show has many funny moments but certain parts won’t ever be forgotten by the audiences like the part where the alleged bhootni comes in Gokuldam, the chaddi gang episodes, the GokulDham, Premiere leagues, and the most common poptala’s wedding shows. These are just a few of the many episodes that the viewers enjoyed greatly and maybe still enjoy. These moments really left us in splits.
