Actor and anchor Rithvik Dhanjani is in demand as he has been on a nonstop spree!
While he was recently juggling between Rasoi and Super Dancer, we hear that the great TRPs for Super Dancer have lead to an extension on the show.
Our source informs us, “Super Dancer Season 2 was supposed to bid adieu in January but the channel has decided to extend the show. Rithvik though had given them dates only till Jan and post which he is shooting for Superstar. Hence, Rithvik has to leave the show midway which has been a difficult situation for him as Super Dancer is really close to his heart!”
We reached out to Rithvik who confirmed and said, “Super Dancer is my baby and I cannot tell you how difficult it is for an actor when such a scenario happens. Since I had already committed to another show there was no way professionally that I could get out of that commitment. The journey though with Super Dancer will definitely continue next season and it’s by far my most favorite show that I have anchored so far!”
Meanwhile, Geeta Ma too wrote an emotional message as Rithvik bids adieu to the show.
Everybody who watches the show can vouch for the great camaraderie Rithvik shares with the judges & Geeta Ma’s emotional post is a definite proof of that!
Too sweet but nonetheless the show must show on! Rithvik will be hosting the first season of Superstar judged by Karan Johar & Rohit Shetty.
