Paras Arora speaks about the way in which fans have reacted to his character variation in Colors’ Udann.

Paras Arora, Vivaan of Colors’ Udann has completely stopped himself from being active on social media!!

The reason for this being the complete turnaround in his character in the show!!

As we know, the ongoing track in Udann has Vivaan turning negative, going against his own wife Imli (Vidhi Pandya) and Chakor (Meera Deosthale) under the influence of Ragini (Vandana).

When this particular track started, Paras started getting hate messages from fans and this actually put him off social media.

Says Paras, “When I read the messages, I actually wondered whether the fans realize that I am just doing my job. I in fact used to laugh at the comments. Having said this, I got the inclination that I was doing my job well. But I deliberately decided to stay away from seeing the reactions of fans. Of course, the constant positive feedback from channel and my team always made me happy.”

Paras who has the chocolate boy face feels blessed to have got this negative variation in Udann. “If I had to look for a negative role in a new show, I would have never got it. People tell me that my face does not suit the bad guy roles. But this change in Udann came as a challenge and I am glad I played it well.”

Adding more, the actor states, “In a positive role, you tend to play it straight. However, when you are into a negative role, you can take the liberty to add more nuances to it.”

Ask him if he would love to continue being bad in the show, and he is quick to say, “I will not mind playing the positive as well as negative characters. However, if the track requires me to stay negative for a longer time, I will go on with it. Afterall, if I am being hated, I am doing my job well.”

Way to go, Paras!!
