She would be seen talking about her days of struggle to be accepted in the army as a woman and how she climbed the ladder of success. Talking to the women constables present in the audience she would be encouraging them. Answering host, Aditya Narayan’s question about having fear in a conflict-riddled area, she would empower all in the audience by saying, “to be honest, there is no such thing as fear, it’s only your intrinsic thoughts.” She would be seen talking about how as a woman she has faced not only barbed wire barriers but also gender barriers, encouraging parents to never let their daughters feel any less. She would talk about her husband, being an Army wife and how she stands by her husband, being the support that he needs on the battlefield and the young wives who miss their husbands in the force. Inspired by her stories the judges, as well as the host would be saluting Shahida Praveen Ganguly’s spirit and talking about how the phrase “wear bangles” should not be used for someone weak, but for someone with immense strength and courage.

Impressed by the performance, an awestruck Himesh Reshammiya would be commending Debosmita saying, “Whenever I listen to you perform, I have the feeling, always, that we would stand here thinking and Debosmita will be declared the winner. Debosmita is always discussed as a great singer. Great singers are discussed because they are great but the way Debosmita is performing and understanding music, her austerity towards music is showing and the blessings of her parents, together with it are making her song so well. You are Hindustan’s daughter and I pray and hope that you make your parents proud. It was superb! Today you have also paid tribute to the martyrs who fought for our country. Outstanding!” Aditya Narayan would also be seen complimenting Debosmita in his signature voice saying, “tum kya ho Debosmita!!”
