Sreejesh was joined by Olympic gold medalist Neeraj Chopra in a teaser video for the upcoming episode of KBC 13 released on Instagram by Sony Entertainment Television. Amitabh inquired about his father’s relationship with him. “On the day I was selected at the GV Raja Sports School, my father questioned me if I would be able to acquire a job if I follow sports,” he stated in Hindi. “I asked him to give me three years to try it out, and if I fail, I’ll switch careers. So I took up hockey and became a goalkeeper, but goalkeeping is a little pricey.”
“You have to buy pads, and pads are expensive,” he stated. “We’re primarily a farming family. Therefore we don’t have a lot of disposable income. I called my father and informed him that my coach had requested to purchase pads and that I would require funds. My father stated that he would see what he could do. He provided the money, and I later learned from my mother that my father had sold the family cow to help pay for the equipment. For us, that’s a source of income.”
Sreejesh stated he would remember himself of what his father had sacrificed and the great risk he had taken whenever he felt down or on the verge of leaving in the future. He claimed that it demonstrated his belief in him, that he would accomplish something in life.
