Sriti Jha started her career back in 2007 with Dhoom Machaao Dhoom. She rose to prominence in the role of Sudha Sharma in NDTV Imagine’s TV serial Jyoti. She continued her career with serials like Shaurya Aur Suhani, Jiya Jale, Dil Se Dua-Shaubhagyavati Bhava, Raktasambandh and Balika Vadhu.
From 2014, Sriti is portraying the role of Pragya in Zee TV’s Kumkum Bhagya opposite Shabir Ahluwalia, which makes her a household name in India. For her work in Kumkum Bhagya, she charges a whooping amount of INR 50K per episode. Sriti was born on 26 February 1986, in Darbhanga, Begusarai, Bihar, India. She grew up in Nepal and India with her brother.
