The famous television daily soap, Ishqbaaz, had become India’s favourite daily soap ever since it was first screened. Apparently, the show has also provided the country with its favourite telly couple, Surbhi Chandna and Nakuul Mehta. In fact, it is fair to say that this couple is the main reason why most fans watched the show. It is amusing how not only the show, but also the couple has a fan base of their own.
In the serial, Nakuul Mehta played the role of Shivaay Oberoi while Surbhi Chandna played Anika, and they seemed to play their roles really well. Fans love the couple dearly with all their hearts. So much, that they want the couple to be showed back on television together at all costs. This shows just how strong the impact of the telly couple’s acting was. There is something so undeniable about the crackling chemistry between Nakuul and Surbhi, that we just can’t help but want to see them back together on television too. There have been pleas made by fans to the makers of the show to get the couple back together on the show on several occasions, so many that they are yet demanding for a second season of the show.
