Actress Mouni Roy made time out of her busy schedule to attend a family wedding despite the fact that she is currently promoting her next movie, Brahmastra: Part One – Shiva, opposite Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor. And she did it while sporting a stunning lehenga ensemble. The celebrity surprised her Instagram followers with fresh images from a Tamil Nadu wedding she visited in Madurai. Suraj Nambiar, her husband, captured the festivities in these beautiful photographs. Mouni Roy posted two sets of photos on Instagram on Tuesday with the caption, “Photos by Pati Dev.”
The actor from the film Brahmastra is pictured in the photo wearing a stunning white lehenga attire that was purchased from The Clothing Rack by Divya’s racks. Mouni posed in the yard for Suraj Nambiar while soaking up some vitamin D and showing off her stylish look. Mouni reportedly travelled to Madurai to attend her brother’s wedding, as her Instagram stories. She also did her own cosmetics and hair for the big event. The sleeveless blouse in Mouni Roy’s lehenga ensemble has an elaborate Chikankari design and sequin embroidery. It also has a cropped hem and a large U-neckline.
The Brahmastra actor paired the choli with a spotless white lehenga that reached the floor and was embellished with gota Patti work, sequins, and Chikankari embroidery as well as a tiered, heavy ghera. Mouni finished off her traditional look by wrapping a white dupatta over her body in the way of a saree pallu. It has gold floral motifs, decorations, and Patti borders with tassels. The last touches included a white potli bag with embellishments, shoes, diamond rings, a green stone choker necklace made of gold, a matching maang tika, and jhumkis. The jewellery gave the white outfit a splash of colour.
