Model and actor Salman Zaidi, who rose to fame after winning the second season of MTV Ace of Space, has quit MTV Splitsvilla X3 owing to a personal emergency. Salman, who was one of the most popular contestants in the upcoming season was seen during the online auditions that was held in December. Before the season kicks off in March, Salman has decided to leave the show owing to some personal emergency.
Commenting on this move, Salman said, “As much as I was excited to kickstart my journey in Splitsvilla X3, I’m sad to inform my fans and well-wishers that owing to some health issues, I have had to quit the show. Post an overwhelming experience with MTV Ace of Space, I was looking forward to embark on yet another eventful ride with MTV Splitsvilla X3 and meet new people but unfortunately, I had to take this step due to some unavoidable circumstances. The 13th edition is sure to be a fine blend of spice, love and drama and I wish the other contestants and the entire team all the best for the journey ahead.”
The 13th season of MTV Splitsvilla, called MTV Splitsvilla X3, will have the charming duo Rannvijay Singha and Sunny Leone back as hosts. The show is scheduled to go on-air in March.
