Parth Samthaan the young and talented actor was one of the strong pillars of the show Kasautii Zindagii Kay. Playing the lead Anurag Basu, the love story of Anurag and Prerna (Erica Fernandes) got the love of one and all.

Their Jodi was so fascinating to watch that their fans cried with them over their love heartbreaks.

This journey of Anurag and Prerna was cut short by Parth Samthaan’s decision to quit the show.

Well, this news disappointed many fans as the show was doing pretty well. Eventually, the possibility of Parth moving out added as one of the reasons for the show’s closure. This was again very upsetting!!

So what prompted Parth to leave Kasautii Zindagii Kay?

Well, there were initial reports of him not being happy about the importance given to Mr Bajaj’s character in the show. However, later, he told media that he was looking at better opportunities and wants to explore more as an actor.

There was also rumour about Parth being part of the Sanjay Leela Bhansali film Gangubhai Kathiawadi. But this was also proved to be wrong by sections of media.

One thing we truly believe is that Parth will soon be back in a good role.
