Tunisha Sharma died by suicide on December 24 on the sets of her show, Ali Baba: Daastan-E-Kabul. Today Tunisha’s last rites were performed wherein Avneet Kaur, Reem Shaikh, Kanwar Dhillon, Deepika Singh, Vishal Jethwa, Ashnoor Kaur and Shivin Narang paid their last respect.
At the funeral, Tunisha’s ex-Sheezan Mohammed Khan’s sisters Shafaq Naaz, and Falaq Naaz, along with their mother, were present to pay their tribute to the late actress. Falaq, who was quite close to the late star, broke down emotionally at the crematorium ground while paying her tribute.
A video has gone viral on social media wherein Falaq can be seen crying while missing her dear friend Tunisha. Another video shows Shafaq handling her sister as she requests the media persons and people to not surround them. Sheezan’s mother was also seen teary-eyed while paying her last respects to the late actress.
Tunisha’s co-star and ex-boyfriend Sheezan Khan has been remanded to police custody for four days after he was arrested on Sunday. Tunisha’s mom had filed a case of abetment to suicide against Sheezan. He and Tunisha featured opposite each other in their TV show Alibaba – Dastaan-e-Kabul.
