Anupamaa, the Star Plus show produced by Rajan Shahi’s Director’s Kut, has seen engaging drama with Raahi (Adrija Roy) and Prem (Shivam Khajuria) for teaching a fitting lesson to Divakar (Kuldeep Singh), after he tried to stalk Raahi. While they were relieved and confident that Divakar would not come near them, they were shocked to see Divakar with Pakhi (Krutika Desai). Pakhi brought Divakar home and wanted to introduce him to her family and tell Anupamaa (Rupali Ganguly) that she intended to marry him.
The upcoming episode will see Anupamaa, Raahi and Prem being shocked to see this sudden development. Anupamaa will try to tell Pakhi about Divakar’s real intention, but Pakhi will not be in the mood to listen. Strong words will be exchanged between Anupamaa and Pakhi. Raahi will follow suit and will try her best to tell Pakhi about her college past involving Divakar. Divakar will also butt in and will tell Pakhi that it was Raahi who made advances towards him. Anupamaa will slap Divakar, and this will not go down well with Pakhi. Anupamaa will refuse to give consent for the marriage. This will result in an altercation in the Shah’s house.

The show caters to the attention and love of housewives who have strived to make things work and start careers of their own. The show produced by Rajan Shahi has Rupali Ganguly playing the titular role of Anupamaa. Gaurav Khanna plays the male lead. Recently, the show took a generation leap after which actors Shivam Khajuria and Alisha Parveen staged their entries. However, soon, Alisha was replaced by Adrija Roy.
