Kundali Bhagya the popular Zee TV show produced by Balaji Telefilms has seen an interesting twist with the new promo that is on air indicating to Karan (Dheeraj Dhoopar) and Preeta (Shraddha Arya) realizing that they are in love with each other.
Well, the story line of Kundali Bhagya is precariously poised with Prithvi (Sanjay Gagnani) and Preeta to get married soon.
As we know, Karan and Preeta who had a soft corner for each other have brought in a huge rift between them. All this happened with Preeta trying to tell the Luthras about Sherlyn’s (Ruhi Chaturvedi) truth.
Karan has developed hatred towards Preeta now and has also humiliated her.
