In the upcoming episode of Neela Film Productions Private Limited’s Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, Popatlal is going plans on exposing an illegal cartel dealing in spurious supplies of medicines and medicinal equipment. Taking advantage of the demand for certain medicines required for COVID19 patients, some anti-social elements have resorted to black marketing of such goods to make a quick buck. Popatlal learns of one such syndicate that is playing with the lives of innocent people by selling bogus and potentially harmful drugs and decides to go after them.
Popatlal realizes that such illegal practices have to be stopped. Being a journalist, he decides to investigate the entire operation of the system and to expose them. Popatlal immediately takes his boss into confidence and with his permission decides to carry out a sting operation. He then approaches Dr Haathi for help and with his help plots a plan to carry out the mission. Popatlal also includes one of his colleagues, Bharti and together all three chart out a plan to penetrate the cartel.
It is unfortunate that while the country is going through one of its worst crises, some immoral people are trying to cash on other people’s adversities. Popatlal has set out on a mission to expose such rouge elements of the society and with Gokuldaam Society’s people behind him, he is confident that he will bring the criminals to justice. The plan is in place and they have already executed the first step. It remains to be seen, if things pan out as Popatlal had thought or will he encounter any hindrances.
