Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai the Star Plus show produced by Rajan Shahi’s Director’s Kut has seen a lot of ups and downs in the lives of Abhimanyu (Harshad Chopda) and Akshara (Pranali Rathod). Abhi has gotten a hand injury and requires the attention and treatment of a famous doctor, Dr Kunal Khera. Akshara is desperately trying to find out the whereabouts of the doctor. However, Aarohi (Karishma Sawant) has been playing spoilsport with her.
On the other hand, we have seen Abhimanyu going out of the way to make Akshara happy and give her a surprise. He has been planning big to give her a cute surprise on her birthday.
He is making a cake all by himself and is also preparing a song for Akshara.
