We already wrote about Kartik being affected by Mihir’s presence in the house.
In the same sequence, Kartik’s anger and anxiousness will settle down big time with Mihir getting a call from his girl friend.

As per a reliable source, “Mihir will be talking with the Goenkas in the house when he will get a surprise from his girl friend over the phone. After the talk Mihir will tell the family about it and this will give Kartik a big sigh of relief.”
