Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, the Star Plus television show produced by Rajan Shahi’s Director’s Kut, has seen engaging drama with Armaan (Rohit Purohit) recovering slowly after the brain tumour surgery. As we know, Abhira’s (Samridhii Shukla) faith got him back from the threshold of death. Abhira suffered a cardiac arrest, too, in the process.
After returning home, Abhira gave all of her time to Armaan’s recovery and took care of him full-time. This affected her work and career growth. Armaan watched her selfless care, realising that she is putting every other priority on the back burner, while taking care of him.
The upcoming episode will see Armaan deciding to put Abhira back on track with regard to her career as a lawyer. He will announce the same at the kitty party that he will organise for her. However, Abhira will immediately refuse to think about a career, which will mean moving away from his recovery.

The show had a very good run and made the actors household names. Naitik and Akshara ruled television for a long time. The first generation leap in the story introduced Mohsin Khan and Shivangi Joshi, who became stupendously popular for their lead roles of Kartik and Naira. Mohsin and Shivangi’s fan following and popularity grew with this Jodi. Their exit brought Harshad Chopda and Pranali Rathod to play the leads of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Later, the show introduced the fourth-generation leads with Shehzada Dhami and Samridhii Shukla. However, both Shehzada Dhami and parallel lead, Pratiksha Honkar were replaced, with Rohit Purohit and Garvita Sadhwani. Garvita, later exited the show.
