Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, the Star Plus television show produced by Rajan Shahi’s Director’s Kut, has seen engaging drama with Maira (Arshiya Sharma) returning home to her parents. We wrote about Maira thinking about her family when she was with Kabeer (James Ghadge). It was a big shock for Armaan (Rohit Purohit) and Abhira (Samridhii Shukla) when Maira went out of the home. Armaan fell unwell, while Abhira’s viral video, where she fought for her daughter, pained Maira more.
We wrote about Maira telling her parents to trust her again and seeking their apology. While Armaan accepted her mistake and promised to trust her again, Abhira could not be confident that her daughter would not go astray again. The upcoming episode will see Maira trying to talk openly with Abhira, after realising that Abhira is not the same as before. Maira will want to open up to her, but will find Abhira lost in thought. Maira will take her parents in confidence and will tell them that she has moved on from Kabeer.

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, produced by Rajan Shahi, has been a long-running show that started with actors Karan Mehra and Hina Khan as leads. The show had a very good run and made the actors household names. Naitik and Akshara ruled television for a long time. The first generation leap in the story introduced Mohsin Khan and Shivangi Joshi, who became stupendously popular for their lead roles of Kartik and Naira. Mohsin and Shivangi’s fan following and popularity grew with this Jodi. Their exit brought Harshad Chopda and Pranali Rathod to play the leads of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Later, the show introduced the fourth-generation leads with Shehzada Dhami and Samridhii Shukla. However, both Shehzada Dhami and the parallel lead, Pratiksha Honkar, were replaced by Rohit Purohit and Garvita Sadhwani. Garvita later exited the show.
