&TV is set to launch a new show Mitegi Lakshmanrekha produced by Shashi Sumeet Productions.
The channel has decided to bring the most common social issue, crime against women in the country. This show will focus on how it feels being a girl in this country who is not safe anywhere.
We exclusively reported about Shivani Tomar, the Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon 3 girl being roped in as the female lead and Kaal Bhairav – Rahasya fame Rahul Sharma as the male lead in the show.
Now, we hear talented actress Vaishnavi MacDonald, who is currently enthralling audience in shows like Dil Se Dil Tak and Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai, has been brought on board.
Shares a source, “Vaishnavi will play an important character and it will be related to the male lead’s family.”
We buzzed the actress but she remained unavailable for a comment.
