The episode of Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi starts with the Sonakshi and Dev answering the questions asked by the counsellor. Dev says he was the first one to confess his love so he will answer first. Sonakshi says she realised it first but blames that Dev’s ego is bigger than his height. Dev says she has an ego as well, as she left the house with three children. The doctor asks Sonakshi the real reason why she left. Sonakshi says Dev didn’t leave up to her expectations, she didn’t only want him to be her husband but also her best friend. Dev says he was hurt as Sonakshi left him once again, last time she left him it took them seven years to get back together. Sonakshi apologises saying she didn’t realise he would be so hurt. The doctor ends the session and gives them homework to attend the gym together. While returning Dev thinks of taking a bouquet for Sonakshi. He picks one and writes a note saying he is grateful that Sonakshi fought for their love and didn’t give up.
While Dev is busy somewhere else another woman comes and buys the bouquet. The shopkeeper thinks she is with Dev so doesn’t stop her. The shopkeeper offers to make a new one for Dev but he says there’s no time. At home, Soha does Ishwari’s hair. Aayush comes and asks Ishwari if he can give her massage. Ishwari lets him, he says he used to give massages to his grandparents. Radha gets happy seeing them. Sonakshi and Dev return, the children come happily running to them. Aayush calls Dev papa. Sonakshi gets happy and tells Dev she is glad Aayush has accepted him.
The family sits for pooja. Radha explains that that Ishuda Maia must be overjoyed taking Kanajee in her arms. Soha says but his real mother must be so sad that her son was separated from her and she didn’t get to see him until she was old. Sonakshi starts to cry hearing that. Aayush notices it and calls her mama. Sonakshi in amusement asks him to repeat what he said. The whole family gets happy seeing that. Sonakshi hugs him and starts to cry. Ishwari gets happy and cries as well.
The woman comes home and notices that she has got the wrong bouquet, she reads the note. She tells her friend that she has made a mistake by buying the bouquet that was meant for someone else. Her friend asks why she is smiling. She says in the age of text messages this man wrote a note to his girlfriend. She thinks it is very romantic.
