The episode starts with Dolly asking how did the gathbandhan loosen, she had tied it tightly. Anupamaa starts crying. Anupamaa holds Vanraj’s hand and says our hand and our relation is strong, gathbandhan may loosen, but not her hand. Everyone claps. Vanraj acts like he needs rest for sometime. Kavya slips into Vanraj’s room. Vanraj is shocked to see Kavya sitting on bed holding mangalsutra. He asks Kayva to leave before anyone sees them. Devika says she was wrong this time about Vanraj..Kavya tells Vanraj that he betrayed her. He married Anupamaa and ignored her completely. Also she asks him if he even knows what pain she is going through. Vanraj asks Kavya to go before anyone sees her with him. Kavya still keeps yelling and panicking and tells him to inform his family about their relationship right now. Vanraj says that it’s not easy and his family won’t accept it and also will never allow him to marry her. Even if he thinks of giving divorce to Anupamaa, Kavya’s husband Anirudh will never divorce her. Kavya hugs Vanraj and calms him down. Anupamaa opens the room door and gets shocked seeing Vanraj and Kavya hugging. Anupamaa collapses.
Precap: Vanraj asks Kavya to leave from there and then he rushes towards unconscious Anupamaa. Kavya clashes with Devika. Rakhi sees suhagrat flowers on her. Kavya runs away.
