The episode of Anupamaa starts with Anupamaa waking up and finding Anuj’s blazer over her. He says she was feeling cold, so he put it over her. Anupamaa thanks him and says she should not have slept as she wasted her time. Anuj says the aeroplane was surrounded by clouds, so there was nothing to look at outside the window. Anupamaa shows him her sketches, he says they are perfect. Baa tells Kavya to clean the methi leaves. Kavya says she can’t as she has just applied nail polish. Baa scolds that she has to bring methi leaves at the same time and clean them as well. Anuj and Anupamaa reach the hotel. Anuj tells her that he knows Anupamaa wants to visit the beach but attending this meeting is important. Anupamaa says even she doesn’t want to delay the meeting. She says going to the beach is her dream but helping women is also her dream. Some dreams are achieved quickly while some take time.
Anuj’s team comes and greets them. He introduces Anupamaa as his business partner from Ahemdabad. He tells Anupamaa to share her unique ideas. Anupamaa confidently shares her idea with the team, they like it. Anupamaa messages Bapuji saying that everyone liked her idea. Mamaji eats methi while Baa is cleaning it. She says only he can eat raw methi. She gets a call so goes aside, Mamaji sees an envelope in baa’s bag. He opens it and is shocked to find cosy pictures of Rohan and Nandini. Kavya gets a call, she tells Vanraj that they have to urgently go to Mumbai.
After the meeting, Anuj takes Anupamaa to the beach. Anupamaa stares at the beach silently and excitedly screams samandar. She then calls Bapuji to express her happiness over seeing the ocean. She tells Anuj to join her but he says it’s her time and she should enjoy it. He offers to take care of her bag. Anupamaa runs towards the waves and enjoys herself. Anuj looking at Anupamaa’s excitement and happiness recites a Shayari. Vanraj and Kavya reach Mumbai, he consoles her that everything will be fine.
Few goons hold Anupamaa at knifepoint asking for her gold. Anuj sees this and comes running to help her. Anupamaa throws mud at the goon’s eyes and beats them, they run away. Anuj says he came here thinking Anupamaa needs help, but the goons were the ones who needed help. He praises Anupamaa saying she doesn’t need anyone’s help as she is the hero as well as heroine in her story. Anuj and Anupamaa run into Vanraj and Kavya. Vanraj taunts saying they came here for work but are enjoying in the beach. Anupamaa asks why they are here. Kavya says her ex-boss called them to discuss work opportunities. Vanraj says they came here after the meeting was over and it’s a coincidence that they found them here as well.
