In today’s Anupamaa episode, Anupamaa regrets organizing puja at the temple. The doctor informs the Kapadias and Shahs that Anuj and Vanraj are in danger. Ankush begs the doctor to not think about money and focus solely on saving Anuj. Hasmukh is concerned for Vanraj. Anupamaa claims that Anuj is not only her husband but also a friend and part of her life. She begs the doctor to save him. The doctor tells them that both the patients require quick surgeries. He requests to perform the formality. Samar inquires as to their salvation. Paritosh tells Samar not to think negatively. The doctor requests to sign the consent form.
Then in Anupamaa, Hasmukh chose to complete the form. Paritosh tells Hasmukh to calm down. He requests Samar to look after Hasmukh. Leela and Kavya cry and ask Anupamaa why their families have to face problems every time. Dolly brings milk to Kinjal. Pakhi puts Anu to sleep. Kinjal is stressing about Anuj and Vanraj’s health. Pakhi realizes that Anu is small and that she should not learn about the accident. Pakhi and Kinjal confront each other. They are awaiting Paritosh’s call. Ankush inquired about Adhik’s location. Adhik reported that he left for an important task. He also said that he arrived right away after hearing about the accident. Ankush claims to have had issues with Anuj and Vanraj and questions whether he is to blame for the accident. Adhik tells Ankush to stop overthinking. Then Ankush wonders if Barkha is behind this incident. Ankush makes an effort to speak with Barkha.
Later in the Anupamaa serial, Anupamaa requests Kinjal on the phone to look after the family. Kinjal inquires about Vanraj and Anuj. Anupamaa tells Kinjal that the doctor has kept them under 48 hours of observation, then they will know the status. She requests Kinjal to look after Anu. Anupamaa assures Kinjal. Leela claims that the doctor forbade her from seeing Vanraj’s face. Hasmukh is concerned about what Anupamaa might be going through as her husband and her children’s father are fighting for their lives. Anupamaa makes a solid decision.
Lastly in Anupamaa, Ankush requests Paritosh to sign the form. Anupamaa dissuades Ankush from signing. Anupamaa chose to sign the documents. She promises Vanraj and Anuj won’t experience any harm. Anupamaa claims that Vanraj called Anuj to meet. Ankush challenges Kavya and tells her to tell the truth. Samar tells Kavya to speak up. Anupamaa tells Kavya to tell the truth for God’s sake. Kavya kept quiet. Kavya informed Anupama that she had followed Vanraj’s vehicle but they had both already vanished before she reached them. The nurse informs them that both patients’ lives are getting more critical. Leela cries for Vanraj and Anupamaa prays for Anuj’s health. Paritosh prays for Vanraj and Anuj.
