In today’s Anupamaa episode, the doctor tells Kapadia and Shahs that Vanraj and Anuj’s condition is still critical and they will be transferred to the intensive care unit (ICU). The doctor tells them that they can see them. Anu dreams that Anuj and Vanraj are feeling good and they have decided not to fight anymore. Anu smiles in her dream. Kinjal, Dolly, and Pakhi speculate that Anu may be having a fruitful dream. Dolly wishes that Anu’s dream would come true. Anu wakes up and asks about Anuj and Vanraj. Anu insists Pakhi take her to Anupamaa. Pakhi and Dolly request Anu to take more rest.
Then in Anupamaa, Kavya and Anupamaa are able to see Vanraj and Anuj. Both of them cry, praying for their husband’s good life. Kavya and Anupamaa remember their wedding. Shahs and Kapadias recall their memories with Vanraj and Anuj. Samar asks God to keep Vanraj and Anuj safe. Despite being so distinct from one another, he claims that today Vanraj and Anuj are sailing on the same boat. Anupama asserts that everyone is equal both outside the hospital and in the operation theatre. Kavya claims that no one wondered that Vanraj and Anuj will fight for their life. The doctor warns Shahs and Kapadias that Anuj and Vanraj next 48 hours are crucial. Anupamaa queries what will happen after 48 hours. The doctor claims that it will be perilous if Anuj and Vanraj do not quickly regain consciousness.
Later in Anupamaa, Kavya claims that Anuj and Vanraj should not have climbed the cliff. She recalls the tragedy and tells the families that Anuj and Vanraj had both fallen off the cliff before she arrived. Ankush claims that Vanraj pushed Anuj off the cliff. Ankush adds that Vanraj threatened Anuj. Leela says that Vanraj’s threat is not proof that he pushed Anuj from the cliff. Ankush and Leela are at odds with one another. Anupama advises both families to pray for Anuj and Vanraj because they are battling for their lives rather than engage in conflict. She expresses her faith in Vanraj and claims that he is evil but he won’t kill anyone.
Lastly in Anupamaa, Anupamaa receives Anu’s message. Anupamaa and Samar cry. Anupamaa then confronts Samar and tells him not to grieve as this too shall pass. The doctor informs them that Vanraj has begun to respond to the treatment. The Shahs are relieved. The doctor says that there is no improvement in Anuj’s condition. Vanraj is being sent to the ICU, and they can meet him there, he continues. Anupamaa wails in agony thinking about Anuj. Hasmukh tells Anupamaa not to lose hope. Anupamaa is concerned about why Anuj is not improving after treatment. Leela confronts her. Anupamaa then recalls her interaction with Anuj and cries.
