The episode of Anupamaa starts with Nandini returning home from her shopping. Samar looks at her standing in his house gate. They both compliment each other with signals.
Vanraj comes out and sees that Pakhi is drawing rangoli. He praises her and then sees Samar and Nandini. Vanraj gets angry. Nandini notices that and goes inside her house.
Vanraj sees Kavya and then goes to Samar. Vanraj asks Samar if his romance did not end yet. Samar replies no and says he is Anupamaa’s son, but he even has Vanraj’s blood in him.
Later, everyone gathers for Holika Dahan pooja. Dolly says that today Vanraj has come for the pooja, but tomorrow he will become Mr. India. Vanraj says he doesn’t like colors. Kavya and Nandini come there.
Baa asks Anupamaa to start the Holika Dahan, but before that she wants Anupamaa to tell the story of Holika. Samar and Pakhi say that they hear the story every year and have memorized it.
Baa asks Anupamaa to tell the story. Anupamaa tells the story and says that they burn the Holika as they want all the bad things from them to burn. Baa taunts Kavya, that she cannot be good, but at least can burn all her bad habits.
Anupamaa performs the pooja and Vanraj sets fire for the Holika.
Baa asks Anupamaa to give coconut to Vanraj. Kavya takes a coconut and gives it to Vanraj. Vanraj throws the coconut in the fire. Pakhi takes a coconut and asks Anupamaa to give it to Vanraj. Anupamaa gives the coconut to Vanraj. Vanraj throws the coconut in the fire.
Kavya thinks after she will get married to Vanraj, she will teach Pakhi a lesson.
Everyone starts Garba. Anupamaa asks Vanraj to take out the coconuts from the fire. Vanraj takes out the coconut but burns his hand. Anupamaa holds ice in his hand, and Pakhi applies ointment.
Later, everyone gets busy in dance. Anupamaa learns that her earring is missing. She tries to find it.
Kavya goes to Anupamaa and gives her the earring. Kavya asks Anupamaa to stop her drama.
Kavya accuses Anupamaa that she is using her kids to get closer to Vanraj so that they can stop the divorce. Anupamaa says if she wanted to stop the divorce, she would have never applied for it. Anupamaa says she will need to say just a sentence, and their divorce will stop.
Pakhi hears their conversation. She goes to Baa and makes some plan with her.
Baa tells Anupamaa that she did not play Holi in 25 years, and this might be her last year with them, so she should enjoy her Holi.
Kavya sees Vanraj laughing and thinks Vanraj always gets happy when he is with family, and when he is with her, he makes faces.
