The episode of Anupamaa starts with Baa being furious about Nandini not able to become a mother. She says that she has seen relations breaking if someone is childless. Baa says that she wanted to do everything at Samar’s wedding that she couldn’t do in Toushu’s wedding but Anupamaa ruined it. Dolly says that Bhabhi didn’t know about it. Kavya tells Dolly to stop calling her bhabhi and says Samar and Nandini are close to Anupamaa so they might have told her. Dolly and Kavya start arguing. Baa tells them to stop arguing. She says that she will go from here as Samar is there to take care of Anupamaa. Nandini comes to Samar, he gives her a ring. He says that they didn’t get engaged but still he wants her to have the ring. He promises to not hurt her, she promises him the same.
Anupamaa is teaching dance lessons online. Advait comes, she apologizes for the previous day drama. He says it’s normal for saas and bahu to fight. He asks her how she is. She says she danced a lot yesterday but she is fine. Advait tells her that he heard from Samar that she is planning to start a dance academy. He requests her to teach dance to his depressed students. He says that they will be relaxed and feel better. Samar convinces her, Anupamaa agrees. Kavya comes and tells Nandini that she is planning to marry Vanraj in this resort. Nandini is packing her bag, Kavya asks her where she is going. She says she is going to Anupamaa because she is alone. Kavya tells her that Anupamaa is not at all affected by the divorce, she is happy with her life. Nandini says not everyone tries to gain sympathy by showing their pain. Kavya tells her to not remove Baa’s anger on her. Nandini says she understands Baa’s thoughts but as her Mashi she expected Kavya to take a stand for her. Nandini says she can’t bear her attitude anymore and leaves.
Anupamaa takes her dairy and calculates all the expenses. She wonders how she will manage all the expenses. She tells Samar that they need more students as their expenses have increased. Kavya comes and tells Vanraj that she will be divorced soon, so they should get married here. She says that Advait has promised to help her with all the arrangements. Vanraj tells her to stop praising Advait as he is only doing his job. Kavya asks why he is not happy about the wedding. Vanraj says that this isn’t the first time he is getting married so she shouldn’t be so excited. Kavya tells Vanraj that he isn’t the only one who got divorced. She says that Anupamaa has started her dance classes while he is jobless. He says that Anupamaa can’t run the house with dance classes, he says he will see how she survives without him.
Anupamaa tells Samar that they should publish pamphlets to get more students. Samar and Nandini think it’s a good idea. Vanraj asks Anupamaa if she is doing all this purposely to show him something. Anupamaa says that she is doing it for herself and not to make him jealous. She tells him to concentrate on his life. Vanraj tells her to shut up and not teach him as he bore her expenses for 25 years. Anupamaa says that when he brought money she saved it, when he brought ration she prepared food. She says that even she has done her responsibility.
