The episode of Anupamaa starts with everyone gathering near the accident. People say that it is a severe accident and don’t think that anyone will survive this accident. They call the police and the ambulance.

At home, Baa cries saying she knew something wrong will happen. Baa says that if something happens to Vanraj, she will never forgive anyone.
Meanwhile, Anupamaa, Samar, and Sanjay reach the accident spot and stand frozen seeing Vanraj’s condition.

The inspector checks Vanraj’s breath and says that Vanraj is breathing. Anupamaa gets relieved to know that Vanraj is alive. A person comes to Anupamaa and gives her Vanraj’s phone.
Vanraj is taken on the stretcher while Anupamaa’s sari gets stuck in it. Anupamaa then gets into the ambulance with Vanraj. The inspector asks Samar who is with Vanraj.

Samar says that his father is injured and Anupamaa is his mother. The ambulance then leaves.
Vanraj is taken to the hospital, and the doctors start his treatment. Anupamaa asks Sanjay if he informed Baa and Bapuji.

Anupamaa then worries about the money. Sanjay says that he has some money and he will manage everything.
Kavya video calls Vanraj. Anupamaa answers the call.

Kavya gets angry seeing Anupamaa. Anupamaa says that Vanraj is not with her, but she is with Vanraj in hospital.
Anupamaa informs Kavya that Vanraj met with an accident and is in hospital. Kavya rushes to the hospital.

The doctor informs Anupamaa that Vanraj did not get any internal injury and has got some minor external injury. The doctor then says that they have to perform minor surgery on Vanraj’s shoulder to avoid further complications.

Baa and Bapuji arrive and ask Anupamaa how is Vanraj. Sanjay informs them that Vanraj is okay and just has some external injuries.
Baa then blames Anupamaa and Kavya for Vanraj’s condition.

Kavya comes there and hugs Anupamaa and asks what happened to her V and if he is okay. Anupamaa says that Vanraj is okay.
Baa scolds Kavya and says that Kavya can’t take Vanraj’s full name properly then how she will take his responsibilities.
