The episode of Anupamaa starts with Kavya calling Vanraj and asking if Pakhi left for her school trip. Vanraj says yes.
Kavya asks Vanraj if they can have lunch together and then return to their house. Vanraj tells Kavya that he got a call from his Nani, who lives in Gandhinagar, she wants to meet them. Kavya says they can go together to meet his Nani.
Vanraj tells Kavya that his Nani wants to meet Anupamaa, so he, Anupamaa, Baa and Bapuji will go together, and meet Nani. Kavya controls her anger, says okay and disconnects the call. Kavya gets a message from Anirudh that he will be reaching in 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, Anupamaa makes laddus for everyone. Samar comes to her and talks to her. Anupamaa says Nandini and Kinjal supported her a lot when Samar was in Mumbai. Samar sees Nandini walking into their house.
Samar tells Anupamaa that he has a friend named Pooja who has very silky hair, and she calls him, Sami. Nandini hears it and gets jealous. Samar says he will get Pooja next time to meet Anupamaa.

Vanraj, Anupamaa, Baa, Bapuji and Mamaji leave for Gandhinagar. Toshu and Kinjal get ready for their work and leave. Samar says he is alone, so he will call Nandini.
Samar calls Nandini and asks her to come to his house. Nandini says doesn’t want to come, and Samar can call his friend Pooja. Samar says Anupamaa asked him and Nandini to look at the accounts of her dance class.
