The episode of Anupamaa starts with Anupamaa rushing to Nandini’s house after getting the call. Dolly continues to tell Kavya that she is not the right choice for Vanraj, and he is happier with Anupamaa. After hearing all that Kavya gets angry and pushes Dolly, Anupamaa comes from behind and holds her. Dolly tells her that Kavya always harms their family while Anupamaa knowingly, unknowingly saves them. Kavya yells at her to get out. Anupamaa warns her to not misbehave with Dolly. Kavya says that she is her ex bhabhi so she shouldn’t be interfering in the family matter. Dolly tells Kavya to come to her senses and says that Anupamaa will always be her bhabhi. Anupamaa tells Kavya that there are still 48 hrs remaining for divorce, so till then if she tried to hurt Dolly or any family members she will not spare her. She slapped her once and now she will slap her in her own house. Anupamaa tells her to remember this warning and leaves. Kavya gets angry.
Nandini tells Kavya that Vanraj might change his mind about marriage after seeing her evil form. Kavya says everyone comes into her house and insults her, first it was Baa who came now, Dolly. Nandini says how will she bear Baa’s taunts after marriage. Kavya says everyone in the family insults her except Vanraj but he didn’t even call her. She tries to call him but he doesn’t answer, she gets angry thinking he is ignoring her as well. She says after marriage she will not let him go and take revenge on each family member.
Anupamaa and Dolly return home. Dolly is frustrated and says she can’t tolerate Kavya anymore. Anupamaa says that her anger towards Kavya is valid but Vanraj has promised to marry her so we shouldn’t interfere like this. She says that she is right that she wants to save her brother’s marriage, but this is not the way. Anupamaa asks Pakhi and Samar to cheer up and asks them if there’s any problem. Pakhi tells her about the government’s news about keeping the government offices closed. Anupamaa remembers signing the divorce and feels dizzy, Samar holds her. She says that she should tell Vanraj about the news as he must not be aware.
Kavya is tensed after hearing that the divorce date is postponed. She thinks about all the moments when Vanraj told her to stay away from his family, Dolly warning her and Pandit Ji’s words about her marriage. She cries and prays to God that her fate shouldn’t be so bad. Anupamaa wonders if divorce doesn’t happen in two days then will it happen, she says that the divorce date shouldn’t be delayed. She opens Vanraj’s room, but he is not there. She finds a letter and reads it with a tensed face.
