The episode of Anupamaa starts with Anupamaa confronting Vanraj and telling him to take responsibility instead of running away. He tells her that he had written whatever he needed to say in the letter. She tells him that this is not the age to write a letter and run away. Vanraj says that he couldn’t decide between Kavya, his divorce and his responsibility in the family. He got tensed so ran away, he met with an accident so someone brought him here. She tells him that everyone in the house is waiting for him and he should come back. He tells her he won’t come back until he finds his answers. She tells him that if he couldn’t take this then why did he start all this. Everything was going on according to his wish so why is he running away now. Anupamaa tells him what will she go and tell Baa and Bapuji. Vanraj turns around and sees that’s Anupamaa is unconscious on the ground. Toshu runs towards her, Vanraj asks him to bring a cart and tries to wake her up.
Advaith treats Anupamaa. Vanraj asks him if Anupamaa is alright. He tells him that she will be fine soon and overfills the glass of juice. Vanraj asks him instead of answering his question why is he doing weird things. Advaith says this is the answer, Anupamaa’s emotions like pain, humiliation are overflowing. He says he should have asked the same question to Anupamaa long ago. He says everything has its limit, everyone has their breaking point. Men’s breaking point is low whereas women can tolerate a lot more. Men glorify their pain so much that women forget to complain and tolerate it and then what happened today happens. Vanraj tells him that even he has some stress, Advaith says that he ran away for small reasons but Anupamaa has physical problems like high BP and as well as mental fatigue. So he could keep her here or take her somewhere else. Vanraj says he will keep her. Advaith says he should inform the family as she needs them right now. He says some family members will come. Advaith tells his staff to make preparations. Vanraj thinks why he came here as now he has created more problems.
While Vanraj is paying for the room, the receptionist tells him that his wife has gained consciousness and is shifted to the room. He rushes to the room. Anupamaa wakes up, holding her head. She says that she remembers falling unconscious. Vanraj tells her that her BP went up. And he says that he should have not come here. Anupamaa says that she has to go home to family. He tells her that Dr Advaith told her to rest so the family members are coming here to stay. She asks him if he has called Kavya, she knew he wouldn’t have called so she reaches for her phone to call her, but falls unconscious again. Vanraj holds her in his arms, Kavya reaches there and sees it.
