Meera holds Pakhi at gunpoint and tells her that she deserves to die because she ruined her entire plan. Meera fires a shot at Yug. She chastises him for being useless and expresses guilt for having given birth to him. Agastya attempts to approach Meera. The latter fires a warning shot near Agastya’s foot, telling him to stay away if he wants his family to be safe. Meera becomes adamant about escaping with Pakhi. Sameer implores Meera to abandon Pakhi and take him as a captive. Agastya tells Pakhi that they are connected by a thread and that this link must not be broken.
Pakhi gives him a puzzled look. Agastya wrapping holy thread around her wrist, she recalls. He tells her she has the option to break the connection and counts to three. Pakhi rips the thread in her wrist, causing a tiny explosion. Meera jerks away from the gun and drops it. Pakhi kicks it out of the way. Meera is apprehended by the police. Pakhi claims that her worst blunder was underestimating Agastya. She goes on to say that she will never be able to defeat him. Police claim to have proof of what she did and drag her away. Agastya assures Yug that he will leave. He says he feels awful for him since people he cares about have only used him to force him to do bad things, first him and then his mother.
Agastya claims to comprehend what a man who yearns for love might go through. After all, he is his brother, so he will give him another chance. After that, Agastya travels to Pakhi. He asks whether she’s okay and then hugs her. Agastya is called out by Dadi. Dadi is hugged by both the latter and Pakhi. Dadi claims that it is due to both of them that their family has re-united. Prema informs Pakhi that they must depart immediately and asks if she will accompany them. Shanaya and Mohit accompany Prema and Sameer out the door. Agastya tells Pakhi that she should go to her family right now since they are the only ones who can give her the love she desires. Dadi tells Pakhi that she has ultimate control over her destiny.
Pakhi recalls Mohit’s query and Agastya’s response. She remembers her encounter with Agastya when she first visited Bulbul’s residence, and how Agastya saved her by disguising himself as a masked man. Pakhi makes a U-turn. She remembers Agastya’s pledge to look after her and her family. She goes away with teary eyes. Agastya believes they have succeeded in their objective, but he is unsure about their plans.
Pakhi’s family is gathered for dinner. Sameer cracks jokes. Pakhi thinks back to Agastya’s comments. She claims she is not hungry. Prema inquires of Pakhi about her feelings toward her. Dadi, on the other hand, says Pakhi has forgiven him and wants him to forgive himself. Agastya claims that he must bear the sorrow of knowing that the girl he adored would never return to his life. Dadi advises trusting God and Pakhi. She goes on to claim that Pakhi loves him just as much as she does, but her wounds are deeper. Everything gets better with time. Prema informs Pakhi that Agastya has evolved. He was always madly in love with her, she claims.
Prema claims that she and Sameer have forgiven Agastya, but that they will not compel her to make a decision. Agastya asks Dadi to back him up in whatever decision he makes. He goes on to say that he knows Pakhi will never forgive him for what he did to her. Dadi inquires as to his decision. Agastya says he will, but for the time being, he wants to be alone. He walks away. Pakhi is staring at Agastya’s gifts and feels an odd sense of calm and wonders why. Shanaya inquires as to whether she will ever return to Agastya. Pakhi seems perplexed. Then she gets a call from Naveli. She is taken aback when she receives it. Raichand’s house welcomes Pakhi and her family. Pakhi takes the papers from Naveli’s grip and is taken aback by the fact that they are divorce papers. According to Naveli, there was an envelope on the table. She reads it since it has her name and addresses her. Agastya and Dadi are in the car on their way somewhere. Agastya is advised by the latter to reconsider his decision. Agastya claims that he messed up with Pakhi and that she would not be happy until he is back in her life.
Mona explains that they have no idea where Agastya and Dadi have gone. Pakhi is asked what she is thinking by Sameer. Agastya tells the driver that they barely have two hours to get to the airport. Dadi may rest assured that he will be OK. He isn’t a wimp. He must realise, sooner or later, that Pakhi is no longer a part of his life, and to do so, he must move away from Pakhi and her memories. Pakhi claims that he is aware that Agastya wishes to be free of her and her memories and that he must have driven Dadi to the airport. She gets in her scooty and drives away with the divorce papers.
Dadi is confident that Pakhi will stop him there. Agastya declares that he will not inform her of his whereabouts. Pakhi will arrive soon. Agastya, according to Dadi, is unable to leave Pakhi. Agastya notices Pakhi but dismisses it as his imagination. Pakhi yells for the automobile to come to a halt. Dadi claims that she told Pakhi that he would be stopped. Agastya instructs the driver to come to a complete halt. Pakhi smiles as she approaches Agastya. She claims that she will track him down no matter where he goes. She swears she can’t live without him and begs him not to leave. Everything turns out to be a figment of Agastya’s imagination. Pakhi summons Agastya to the surface. Agastya agrees. Pakhi yells at Agastya, telling him that if he wants a divorce, he should wait till she signs it. She expresses her willingness to sign the divorce papers. Agastya observes.
