The episode of Imlie starts with Imlie working in the kitchen and singing songs. She throws peas on Sundar, and they start with their daily arguments.
Bhabhima comes to them and asks them to do the arrangements of muh dikhayi.
Aditya’s mother comes there and says that the beautician and the catering people have not come. She then asks Imlie and Sundar to perform the Nazar battu.
Meanwhile, Aditya sees Malini crying and asks her what happened. Malini says that she had a conversation with her mother and felt that she is very lonely at home. Malini says that nothing is common between the mother and father. The only thing that is common is Malini, and she can handle both her parents but now her mother is feeling lonely at home.
Aditya then recollects Malini falling unconscious after learning about Imlie and Aditya’s marriage. Aditya then says that he cannot let Malini know about it.
Nidhi and Parul enter with the beautician. Nidhi says that they are taking Malini with them for some time and Aditya will get to see Malini in the evening.
Later, Imlie makes smoke all over the house. Everyone gathers in the living room coughing and asks Imlie what she is doing. Imlie says that she is protecting the house from the evil eye.
The beautician says that she cannot breathe and collapses. Nidhi asks her to come outside the house for some fresh air.
Aditya’s mother is worried about who will do Malini’s makeup. She then calls Imlie and asks her to do Malini’s makeup.
Imlie says that she cannot do it. Malini asks Imlie to build confidence in herself and says that she trusts Imlie.
Imlie says that she cannot do the city makeup but knows the village bridal makeup. Malini then asks Imlie to do the make in her style.
Imlie then does Malini’s makeup with all herbal things.
Meanwhile, Aditya asks his mother, who is doing Malini’s makeup. She replies that Imlie is doing Malini’s makeup. Aditya says that Imlie can never make anything right.
Aditya comes to Malini and is amazed to see her. Aditya’s mother also comes there and says that she liked Malini’s makeup.
Aditya says that he did not like Malini’s makeup and says that he will take Malini to some good parlour.
