The episode of Imlie starts with Imlie telling her family that she will do the work from now on instead of Sundar. Nidhi says okay and takes her inside. Anu warns Malini to not ignore what’s happening in front of her eyes. She thinks that Aditya is ignoring her since Imlie has come into their lives. He doesn’t speak to her but always behaves well with Imlie.
Aditya realizes that he is in love with Imlie. He knows that he is betraying Malini but he just thinks of her as a friend. He decides that he will tell Malini that he loves Imlie and not keep betraying her anymore. Imlie is greeting each object in the house. Rupal tells her that she is talking to objects as if they are humans. Imlie says that she feels attached to the objects as she never thought that she would return.
Sundar scolds Imlie for leaving Holi coloured footprints on the floor. Anu throws water on the footprints and they easily wash off. She says the difference between red colour and cheap Holi color is that it washes away quickly. Hearing that Imlie is sad.
Mithi asks Prakash if he safely dropped Imlie at her in-laws. He thinks of how he can lie to her that Aditya is already married and betrayed Imlie and she is just a servant in that house. Mithi says that she has brought him up and knows when he is lying to her.
Imlie is getting ready to sleep in the storeroom. Aditya tells her that he hopes she could sleep in the bedroom. She says it is not important whether you sleep on the bed on the floor it’s important to get peaceful sleep and tells him to go and sleep. He tells her that he will meet her in the morning and says goodnight. But later tells her that he was just joking and starts running around her. They get playful around each other and go to the kitchen. Malini enters the kitchen and asks Aditya why he is out of breath. Imlie quickly hides under the dining table. He tells Malini that he saw a rat and forcefully takes her out of the kitchen.
In the morning Imlie starts cleaning the house. Aparna and Taiji start preparing breakfast. Tauji asks for his tea. The children start asking for their lunch box. Nishant asks for his milk and Dhruv asks for his snacks. Imlie makes Taiji and Aparna wear multiple fake hands. Tauji and Dhruv ask why they are wearing fake hands. Imlie says that she wants everyone to realize that Taiji and Aparna only have two hands and they can’t do everything all at once. She gives them a long speech on how women work continuously for 24 hours. Aditya thinks to himself that Imlie herself works tirelessly but instead of all that, cares for Taiji and Aparna.
