The episode of Ishq Mein Marjawan 2 starts with everyone bringing Ishani for tilak rasam.
Dadi says that Vansh and Ridhima will do Ishani’s tilak. Vihaan does Ishani’s tilak and gives her a gift. Ridhima thinks that when Ishani will open the gift, then she will get a smile on her face.
Ridhima gives Gangajal to Ishani. Ishani thinks that if this duplicate is not Vansh then who is he and soon she will find out.
Dadi asks Ridhima where is Vansh. Vansh puts off the light and the scene focusses on Vihaan. Vihaan says that today day he will make it special for Ishani. Vihaan and Ridhima perform a romantic dance. Then Vihaan dedicates a song for Ishani and dances with Ridhima, Dadi, Chanchal, Chachu and Anupriya. They get in circles, Ishani and dance around her. Ishani feels pain and shouts. Ishani faints while Kabir holds her and takes Ishani to her room.
Later, the doctor informs the family that Ishani and her baby are fine. Kabir says that he has sent Ishani’s blood samples for testing and from the reports he learned that some powder is mixed with Ishani’s blood. Chanchal says that Ishani did not eat anything except the Gangajal she drank.
Kabir says that he will check everyone and find who mixed the powder in Gangajal. Kabir takes Dadi’s permission and checks Vansh.
Kabir finds powder in Vansh’s pocket and informs everyone. Ishani comes and says that he is not Vansh but a duplicate and Ridhima got him into their house.
Ishani says that if he is Vansh then he will tell the name which Vansh thought of Ishani’s baby.
Ridhima thinks that she forgot to tell Vihaan about the names and now Vihaan will be exposed.
Vihaan worries. Dadi asks Vansh to say the name which he thought for Ishani’s baby.
Vihaan says if a girl then, Dhwani and if a boy then, Ankush.
Ishani says that her brother did not decide these names for Ishani’s baby. Everyone gets shocked. Kabir thinks that Ridhima and this duplicate are exposed.
