The episode of Ishq Mein Marjawan 2 starts with Ridhima calling Vansh, but his phone is not reachable. Ridhima thinks Vansh will be on his way. Ridhima waits for a while.
Ridhima sees a couple in the hospital, she sees that the husband is taking care of his pregnant wife. Ridhima imagines Vansh taking care of her. A nurse comes to her and says Ridhima has an appointment in 10 minutes, a doctor will and check her.
Ridhima tries to call Vansh. Someone in the sonography room has some chemical in a bottle.
Kabir comes there and tells Ridhima that Vansh will not come as he doesn’t want to be a father. Ridhima asks Kabir to stay out of her personal life and leave her alone.
The doctor comes and checks Ridhima.
Meanwhile, Vansh is playing the piano. Kabir comes and says that if Vansh doesn’t want the baby, then he can leave Ridhima, and he will take the baby and be a good father. Vansh gets angry and punches him.
Kabir says he lied, as he wanted to make Vansh realise how he feels about the baby.
Ridhima returns home. Dadi says she will get almond milk for Ridhima, as she looks tired.
Someone adds rat poison to the milk. Dadi fills the milk in the glass and gets it for Ridhima. Ridhima is about to drink when Vansh comes there.
Ridhima makes Vansh sit and asks why he did not come to the hospital. Vansh stays quiet.
Ridhima asks Vansh to drink almond milk. Vansh drinks the milk and looks at Ridhima.
Vansh suddenly starts coughing, Ridhima worries and says she will get water for Vansh. Ridhima goes into the kitchen.
Kabir comes to Ridhima and asks what happened. Ridhima sees a rat poison bottle in the kitchen and worries about Vansh.
Ridhima says Vansh drank milk and started coughing. Kabir asks Ridhima to give Vansh saltwater.
Ridhima gives Vansh saltwater. Vansh pukes the milk out and feels better.
