Today’s Kasautii Zindagii Kay 1 May episode begins with Prerna (Erica Fernandes) feeling bad as Anurag (Path Samthaan) didn’t share anything with her. Anurag is tensed about Moloy’s reaction post learning about Prerna and his marriage. Komolika (Hina Khan) gets angry on Anurag for hiding the secret of Moloy’s accident from her. She sees Prerna moving in Moloy’s ward.
Prerna breaks down in tears on seeing Moloy. Komolika fumes in anger seeing Prerna and Moloy together. Moloy tells Prerna that he always wanted Anurag to marry her. He even tells her that Komolika spiked Mohini’s halva. Moloy revealed his past encounter with Komolika in front of Prerna.
Prerna tells Moloy about Komolika and Anurag’s marriage. He calls out Komolika’s name when he sees her outside. He comes to her and rebukes her for cheating Anurag. Moloy states that he will get Anurag and Prerna married. Komolika counters him by saying that she will get him arrested. Komolika gets angry and throttles Prerna. She confesses that she sabotaged Moloy’s car. Moloy slaps Komolika.
Suddenly, Komolika wakes up from her dream. Anurag asks Komolika to meet Moloy before Prerna meets him. Mohini and Nivedita get angry on Prerna for coming to the hospital. Prerna tells Mohini that Anurag has instructed the doctors not to allow visitors in Moloy’s ward.
Prerna tells them that the cops feel that Moloy’s accident was planned. Meanwhile, Komolika dresses up as a doctor. Prerna bumps into Komolika. Prerna gets doubt on seeing the doctor. The written update of 1 May 2019 Kasautii Zindagii Kay episode ends here.
