Today’s Kasautii Zindagii Kay 28 May episode begins with Komolika (Hina Khan) getting enraged when she saw Prerna (Erica Fernandes) and Anurag (Parth Samthaan) dancing sweetly and spending quality time together. She hides from everyone by wearing a mask and says that she will never let Anurag end up proposing to Prerna. Anupam, in the meantime, comes to Anurag and asks him to propose in public.
Anurag is a bit hesitant to propose to Prerna in public. He says that he wants to have the same equation with Prerna as before, and then he will propose. Nivedita walks up to Prerna and tells her that Anurag is spending time with some other girl at the party. She mocks her and tells Prerna to go express herself in front of Anurag. Prerna expresses concern and says she feels something bad might just happen.
Nivedita asks Prerna to follow her heart and stay positive. In the meantime, Komolika is following Prerna when she sees that Prerna is alone and the cops, meanwhile, have told Chaubey that Komolika escaped. Chaubey understands that she is going to be a big threat to Anurag and asks them to warn Basu family.
Prerna reaches a place with a beautiful set-up and soon Anurag reaches there too. They finally end up expressing love for each other and Prerna hugs him, and just then her dream breaks.
