Today’s Kasautii Zindagii Kay 4 June episode begins with Anurag (Parth Samthaan) requesting the kidnappers to not cause any harm to Prerna (Erica Fernandes). Anurag is challenges by Ronit to come within ten minutes in order to save Prerna. Prerna starts to terrorize Ronit that Anurga will not spare him once he comes to know about this. Ronit gets angry at this and slaps Prerna acrosss the face.
Ronit positioned his thugs so that Anurag will not be able to reach the designated place. Anurag encounters the goons and gets into an arguement with them. Ronit decides to take Prerna away in his car. The young girl, who was saved by Prerna earlier, witnesses the whole act. Anurag runs after Prerna.
Nivedita gets to know everything through Sneha and tells the cops to find some clues. Anurag is heartbroken when Nivedita tells him that Prerna has been kidnapped. Ronit bring Prerna to an isolated, secret place and threaten to kill her and framing it as an accident. Ronit confessed to kill Kamolika (Hina Khan) and making it look like an accident and assured her that he would do the same with her. He adds that he wants Prerna to feel the pain of death.
