The first-ever episode of Koffee with Karan Season-7 starts with the new buddies on the couch. The newlywed Alia Bhatt and the dashing hero Ranveer Singh. They both explain how they became best friends known as Saakhi’s through the promotion of Gully Boy and how they have maintained their friendship through many highs and lows. Ranveer mimics several actors’ pap faces and appearances, which leaves Karan in a laughing bee. There is a new game in Koffee with Karan named coffee Bingo which they play on an iPad and later share their incidents about the particular Bingo. Right from Ranveer having a s*x playlist to Alia using her life partner’s toothbrush, there were hilarious and bold revelations of the duo’s life.
Then in Koffee with Karan episode, the bolder and more fiery the questions for the rapid-fire round, the bigger the hamper. This season there is an added twist to the rapid-fire as not Karan nor the control group will decide the winner but there is the live coffee audience, who will do live voting after the rapid-fire. Alia Bhatt busts the myth that there is suhagrath on the suhagrath night as everyone is exhausted. Alia revealed she has a fake email Id on which Karan Johar and Ranveer Singh go ROFL. Ranveer gives fab answers to the rapid-fire and after the game ends the live audience declares Ranveer Singh as the winner with 71% votes.
Lastly in Koffee with Karan, the duo play the last game which is a fierce buzzer, where after Karan asks the question, they have to press the buzzer quickly and answer for which they get points. Alia answers most of the questions quickly. First, they were asked to identify which is the wrong movie name. Alia was quick with the answer. Later they were asked to answer the character’s name from the movie asked. In the last section, they are told to dial any actor’s number and to tell them to say “Hey Karan, it’s me”. Ranveer Singh dials Arjun Kapoor and he says accordingly. But as Alia was quick in the entire round she wins the segment and gets a gift.
