The episode of Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi starts with Sanjana getting excited thinking Dev is texting her in the middle of the night. She says Dev has told her to take care and asks if she needs anything for her injured foot. Her friend Rena tells her to come out of her obsession as any man would do the same thing. Sanjana however says it’s not an obsession but pure love. The next morning Sonakshi wakes up with a headache. She checks the time and asks Dev why he didn’t wake her up. Dev gives her a drink saying it will end her hangover. She asks what he means as she doesn’t remember anything from yesterday. he says what she did yesterday is unforgettable. Sonakshi wonders what she said to Sanjana. Dev comes downstairs while talking on the phone. Ishwari sees he is busy so puts the grocery list in his pocket. In the kitchen, Radha asks Iswari if she gave the grocery list to Dev.
Ishwari says he was on the phone so she kept it in his pocket as she knows he will check it later. Radha asks if Dev will remember. Ishwari says no matter how busy Dev gets he will never forget his mother. Baldev says kids in this generation are always busy with work, he asks Ishwari why she didn’t give the list to him. Ishwari says Dev will remove time to bring the groceries as he always has time for his mother. Sonashi hears this and thinks she should remind Dev to bring the groceries as it means a lot to Maa. Dev is discussing the project when Sanjana comes. Dev asks her about her leg. She informed me that the doctor gave her medicine and said swelling will reduce soon. Dev says she can take rest and work from home. Sanjana thinks about how she will see him if she works from home. Dev mentions he cares a lot for his employees. Sanjana thinks if Dev just thinks of her as an employee.
Dev’s assistant asks if he is free to meet with CA at 4 pm tomorrow. Dev checks his diary and says no. Sanjana thinks Dev has no meetings why he said he is not free. She checks his schedule and sees MTS written. She starts to wonder what MTS is. Sonakshi shows the party video to Dr Navya of her arguing with Sanjana. She says she knows Dev loves her and she even trusts him. but don’t know why she feels weird when Sanjana is around him. Dr Navya says it’s good since it means even Sonakshi loves Dev a lot. Sanjana figures out the meaning of MTS and is glad that Dev and Sonakshi are going to therapy as it means something is wrong between them.
Sonakshi calls Dev saying she wants to say two things to him one is sorry and the other is thank you. He asks why she apologises as such things happen at a party.
Sonakshi says she feels very embarrassed after seeing the video. She says thank you because when she was drunk and creating a scene he was patiently taking care of her without scolding her. Dev says this is what partners are for. He drops his wallet while walking, Sanjana sees it and tries to call him but he doesn’t notice. Sonakshi reminds him to check the grocery list that Maa had kept in his wallet. Dev gets a message from Sanjana saying his wallet is in the office. He thinks he will get it while returning. Sanjana checks his wallet and finds the grocery list. She thinks the duty of buying groceries is of daughter in law rather than why Dev is doing this. Sanjana buys the grocery needed for varth and goes to Dev’s house. Radha asks her about the bill but Sanjana doesn’t tell her. Ishwari comes out questioning who she is, Sanjana realises he is Dev’s mother.
