Today’s Kulfi Kumar Bajewala 7 May episode begins with Kulfi (Akriti Sharma) convincing Sikander (Mohit Malik) to allow her to help Amyra. The doctor seeks Sikander’s permission before the operation. Kulfi insists Sikander to sign the consent papers concerning the bone marrow transplant. Sikander signs the papers.
Amyra (Myra Singh) and Kulfi are taken to the operation theatre for the surgery. Sikander greets both of his daughters with love. Sikander runs away from the hospital to pray for the wellbeing of his daughters. The doctors start their operation. Meanwhile, Sikander offers prayers in mosque, temple, church, and gurudwara for the sake of his daughters. Sikander gets in trouble when a goon enters his car forcefully. He holds Sikander at the point of his knife and forces him to help him escape the cops.
Sikander and the goon get into an ugly fight. Sikander loses the balance of the steering wheel and meets a fatal accident. His car hits a stone barricading. Sikander comes out of the car covered in blood and falls unconscious on the road. The doctors inform Lovely that Amyra and Kulfi are safe. Lovely gets a call about Sikander’s accident. Amyra questions Kulfi for saving her life.
Kulfi says she saved him because she is her sister. Amyra thanks Kulfi for her help. Kulfi asks Amyra to take back her promise and allow her to call Sikander her father. The doctors inform Lovely that Sikander is in a critical condition. The doctor advises Lovely to pray for Sikander’s wellbeing.
