The episode of Kumkum Bhagya starts with Abhi walking home with Sumit. He whistles and enjoys and enjoys the weather. They pass from Pragya’s house. Pragya scarf flies and falls on a car. Pragya hears the whistle and thinks Abhi is around her. She comes to the balcony. The scarf flies and comes on Abhi’s face. Abhi feels Pragya’s presence. Pragya thinks she should not think about Abhi more. She thinks that their detective will get some information about Abhi or there will be some birthday celebration news in the newspaper. Tanu asks Dadi if Abhi is home. Dadi says no. Aliya asks Tanu to talk to Abhi like his wife and not his boss. Tanu says Abhi is celebrating with his friends and tells her that he has no family. Dadi thinks Abhi meant to say he doesn’t have Pragya with him.
Abhi comes home and hugs Dadi. Dadi wishes him a Happy Birthday and says she has a surprise for him. Dadi gets a cake and asks Abhi to cut the cake. Aliya asks Dadi where she got the money to buy a cake. Tanu says Dadi must have stolen from the kitchen. Abhi asks Tanu not to talk nonsense. Tai Ji says Dadi bought the cake with the money which was for her medicine. Aliya says, which means Dadi doesn’t need her medicine. Aliya says from next month they will not give any money for Dadi’s medicine as she can stay without the medicine too.
Abhi says he will work and earn money for Dadi and get medicine for her. Tanu says Abhi works and takes alcohol instead of money, how he will get money for Dadi. Aliya says Abhi has to leave drinking alcohol and start earning for Dadi and his family. Abhi says he comes home just for Dadi, or he would never return home. Abhi goes to sleep. Dadi gets the cake to Abhi and asks him to cut the cake. Tanu takes the cake and says Abhi is drunk and will get up directly in the morning.
The next day, Tanu asks Abhi to get up. Dadi gets a piece of cake and asks to cut the cake. Abhi cut the cake and feeds Dadi. Pragya checks all the newspapers and thinks about how there is not a single piece of news about Abhi’s birthday celebration. Sushma tells Pragya that they have an important meeting to attend.
Veer meets Pragya and says she tried to find out about Abhi and his family, but couldn’t find anything. He says he doesn’t know if Abhi is here or has shifted abroad. Pragya says she wants to meet Abhi at any cost. He will be shocked to see her alive.
